If you are not satisfied with your product, you can write to us and return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange on the full Invoice value. You can return any of our products except for products that have been customized for you.
When you are not satisfied with our product, Tulasi Honesty Jewels allows you to cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
You can send the reason for the cancellation and Tulasi Honesty Jewels has to approve your request to process your cancellation. Approval will be based on valid reasons.
If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, Tulasi Honesty Jewels is glad to sort out the problem or exchange the product.

For online orders: Contact our customer service at 081562 99960 or email info@tulasihonestyjewels.com within the return window. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For cash on delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
